2nd Promotion Period: enter between 9:00:00 am Central Time ("CT") on January 7, 2013 and 8:59:59 am CT on January 14, 2013 ("Promotion Period").
3rd Promotion Period: enter between 9:00:00 am Central Time ("CT") on January 14, 2013 and 8:59:59 am CT on January 21, 2013 ("Promotion Period").
4th Promotion Period: enter between 9:00:00 am Central Time ("CT") on January 21, 2013 and 8:59:59 am CT on January 28, 2013 ("Promotion Period").
5th Promotion Period: enter between 9:00:00 am Central Time ("CT") on January 28, 2013 and 8:59:59 am CT on February 4, 2013 ("Promotion Period").
