Promotion begins at 12:00:01AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 12/5/2012 and ends at 11:59:59PM ET on 01/24/2013.
Open to all persons who are 21 years of age or older and who reside in the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.

Only one (1) entry per person per day is permitted.
On or around January 25, 2013 the Administrator will select two potential winners of the grand prizes in a random drawing of all valid entries received. One (1) potential winner will be selected for each grand prize. It is estimated that the final winners will be determined on or after January 25, 2013.
Two grand prizes will be awarded:
The grand prize to be awarded to the first winner selected will consist of a trip for two (2) to Los Angeles to attend the GRAMMY® Awards and a VIP experience at the KAMP-FM pre-party with Carson Daly. The trip includes:
- round trip air transportation for two (2) (winner and guest);
- a prize certificate valid for three (3) consecutive nights' (Friday, February 8, 2013 through Sunday February 10, 2013) accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy) at the W Hotel in Los Angeles, CA for winner and guest (including room and hospitality tax);
- a $250 gift certificate for dinner at Nobu;
- two (2) tickets to the KAMP-FM Awards Pre-Party; and
- two (2) tickets to the GRAMMY® Awards.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $4,500
The grand prize to be awarded to the second winner selected will consist of a trip for two (2) to Los Angeles to attend the GRAMMY® Awards and a GRAMMY® Awards rehearsal. The trip includes:
- round trip air transportation for two (2) (winner and guest);
- a prize certificate valid for a minimum of three (3) consecutive nights' (Friday, February 8, 2013 through Sunday February 10, 2013) accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy) at the W Hotel in Los Angeles, CA (including room and hospitality tax);
- a $250 gift certificate for dinner at Cut by Wolfgang Puck;
- two (2) tickets to a rehearsal for the GRAMMY® Awards; and
- two (2) tickets to the GRAMMY® Awards.
Depending on the date of the GRAMMY® Awards rehearsal to be attended, the trip may be scheduled for an earlier date to allow for attendance at the rehearsal in which event additional nights' accommodations will also be provided. ARV: $4,500
Any winner's guest under 21 years old must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Travel arrangements must be made through Administrator's designee or agent of Administrator's choice. Administrator reserves the right not to award airfare portion of a grand prize and to substitute ground transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of Los Angeles. If the winner cannot travel on date(s) specified by the Administrator the winner may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected (time permitting) at the Administrator's sole discretion.
