Timing: The Président® Cheese Spreadzone™ Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on January 7, 2013, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on February 10, 2013 (the "Promotion Period"). The Sweepstakes is presented by Lactalis Deli, Inc. ("Sponsor") and administered by US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Co. ("Sweepstakes Administrator").

Eligibility: Legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older, are eligible to participate, except employees, officers and directors of Lactalis Deli, Inc., ("Président® Cheese," or the "Sponsor") and its subsidiaries, affiliates, independent sales distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, including the Sweepstakes Administrator (and immediate family members or those living in the same household with such individuals). Offer void outside the U.S., in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and wherever else prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

How to Enter: There are two ways to enter.

Method #1: Online Entry. Visit www.greatcheese.com/spreadzone (the "Sweepstakes Site"), click the "Play Now" link and follow the online prompts to complete the entry form in its entirety and submit your entry (the "Online Entry"). Eligible participants will then be directed to play the "Spreadzone" online game (the "Game"). The results of the Game will not impact an eligible participant's chances of winning a prize. The online Instant-Win results will be instantly displayed upon completion of the Game. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. After initial entry, returning visitors to the Sweepstakes Site need only to enter their email address to submit their entry and play the Game.

Method #2: Mobile Entry. Use your smart phone or other web-enabled mobile device (the "Smartphone") to scan the QR Code located on specially marked advertising and in-store promotional materials. You will then be directed to the Mobile Sweepstakes Site. Click the "Play" link and follow all entry instructions to complete the entry form in its entirety and submit your entry (the "Mobile Entry"). Eligible participants will then be directed to play the "Spreadzone" online game (the "Game"). The results of the Game will not impact an eligible participant's chances of winning a prize. The online Instant-Win results will be instantly displayed upon completion of the Game. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded.
