ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) U.S. and D.C. who are physically located and residing therein, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of time of entry, who have Internet access as of January 13, 2013. Employees of Sponsor, its advertising or promotion agencies (including without limitation Grey New York or Grey Alliance ("Administrator"), divisions of Grey Group and WPP), those involved in the production, design, printing, development, implementation or handling of the Sweepstakes, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent, subsidiary and related companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, service providers or any other person or entity associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively "Sweepstakes Entities"), members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents), and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER: Visit the Website beginning January 14, 2013 and either (A) log in using your e-mail and password and click to accept these Official Rules and Sponsor's terms and conditions (if you have previously registered with the Website) or (B) complete the requested information on the registration form including your first and last name, date of birth, e-mail address, daytime phone number, mobile phone number (optional), full address and a password ("Entry Information") and click to agree to receive e-mail communications from Sponsor regarding the Sweepstakes. Click the submit button on the registration form to finalize your registration. After completing and submitting your Entry Information, or if you have previously registered, visit the Website during each Weekly Entry Period (defined below), beginning January 21, 2013, and declare allegiance to a character before 8:59:59 p.m. ET on the day of each new Dallas episode airing. All declarations of allegiance must be submitted by no later than the applicable end date of each Weekly Entry Period, and no later than 8:59:59 p.m. ET on April 15, 2013 overall. Entrants who align with the most powerful character for the week, as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion, will then receive one (1) entry into the applicable Weekly Drawing (defined below) (each a "Sweepstakes Entry") and one (1) entry into the drawing for the Grand Prize (defined below). Failure to change your allegiance prior to 8:59:59 p.m. ET on the next air date will result in your allegiance from the previous week being applied. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person and per e-mail address per Weekly Entry Period. Limit twelve (12) entries per person and per e-mail address for the Grand Prize drawing. Multiple Sweepstakes Entries submitted by the same person in excess of this limit will be disqualified.

PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING: There will be thirteen (13) total Prizes awarded, including one (1) Grand Prize awarded. Each winner of a Weekly Entry Period will receive one (1) Dallas prize bundle, including Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) in either pre-paid cash cards or gift cards to a retailer determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and assorted Dallas items (approximate retail value ("ARV"): $500.00 U.S.). The Grand Prize winner will receive Five Thousand Dollars in either pre-paid cash cards or gift cards to a retailer determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (ARV: $5,000.00 U.S.). Total ARV of all Prizes combined: Eleven Thousand Dollars ($11,000.00 U.S.).
