1. HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes will run on weekdays beginning Monday, January 21, 2013 at 12:00:00 A.M. ET through Friday, January 25, 2013 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET, and from Monday, January 28, 2013 at 12:00:00 A.M. ET through Friday, February 1, 2013 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET, (the "Sweepstakes Period"). To enter, (a) visit the BIC Soleil Facebook page at www.Facebook.com/BICSoleil during the Sweepstakes Period; (b) if you have not previously done so, "Like" the page; (c) click on the Endless Summer tab; (d) complete the entry form fully and accurately with all the required information (first and last name, street address (no post office boxes allowed, only street or rural route addresses), city, state, zip code, e-mail address, and date of birth; (e) accept the Official Rules; and (f) submit the entry. You may return each day during the Sweepstakes Period and enter again by following steps a-f outlined above. The Sweepstakes Period is comprised of ten (10) separate daily entry periods (each, a "Daily Entry Period"). Each Daily Entry Period begins at 12:00:00 A.M. ET and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. ET that same calendar weekday. Non-winning entries will not be included among the entries for subsequent Daily Entry Periods. Limit of one (1) entry per person/email address per Daily Entry Period throughout the Sweepstakes Period. No mass entries or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted.
2. SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR: The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is: BIC USA Inc., located at One BIC Way, Suite 1, Shelton, Connecticut 06484. The Administrator is Source Marketing LLC. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Athleta. By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook.

All expenses not specified in these Official Rules, including without limitation, taxes and insurance, are solely each Prize Winner's responsibility. Limit one (1) prize per person over the entire Sweepstakes Period.
4. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES: Every entry submission must be manually key-stroked and manually entered by the individual entrant. Entries made with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities or through the use of an agent or other device or artifice to enter multiple times in any day will be deemed invalid. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged. Incomplete or corrupted entries are void. All entry information will be held and used in accordance with the Official Rules and the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.feelthesoleil.com. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the Winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. By entering this Sweepstakes, participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: One (1) Prize Winner will be selected at random from among all valid entries received for each of the ten (10) Daily Entry Periods on or about the next business day following the conclusion of each Daily Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during each Daily Entry Period. Prize Winners will be notified via e-mail and their name will be posted on www.Facebook.com/BICSoleil after an e-mail notification has been sent. If the Prize Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept the prize, or if the notification that the Sponsor sends is returned as undeliverable, or the potential Winner is otherwise unreachable for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate Winner. By accepting prize, Winner represents that they have complied with all rules of this Sweepstakes. If the prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute another prize of equal or greater value. Allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks for prize delivery. Entry and acceptance of Prize offered constitutes permission for Sponsor to use Winner's name, city, state of residence, likeness and/or photograph and statements for advertising/trade and all other purposes, in any and all media, and all media now or hereafter known worldwide, including the Internet and social networking sites, without further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.
6. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Prizes will be shipped to U.S. addresses only. U.S. federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to win a prize: (a) Employees or agents of Sponsor and Administrator and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, subsidiaries, advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, (b) individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for the Sweepstakes; and (c) persons who are in the immediate family of any person in any of the preceding categories (including mother, father, sister, brother, spouse, grandmother, grandfather, children or grandchildren), regardless of where they live; or persons who reside in the same household, whether related or not, as any person in any of the preceding categories. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, delayed, garbled or damaged entries; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Facebook and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, vendors, advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, agents and employees of the foregoing (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, actions, injury, loss, liability or damages of any kind whether direct, compensatory, incidental or consequential, with respect to, or in any way arising from, participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize including, but not limited to, liability for personal injury (including death) and property damage or loss. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, which corrupts or affects the administration or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and/or cancel, suspend or modify this Sweepstakes or any element thereof. In such event, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, conduct a random drawing to award the prizes from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to time of such action.
8. DISPUTES: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Connecticut, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Connecticut having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will a participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including attorneys' fees, and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

10. WINNERS LIST/OFFICIAL RULES: For a copy of the official Winners List or Official Rules, send a self-addressed #10 envelope postmarked by April 1, 2013 to: BIC Soleil "Bright Beginnings" Sweepstakes c/o Source Marketing, 761 Main Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06851. Please indicate on the outside of the envelope "Winners List Request" or "Official Rules Request."
