Prizes. One winner will receive the following Grand Prize:
•One Top Fin Aquarium -- Maximum Retail Value $450.00
•Winner will select one of any Top Fin Aquarium listed on petsmart.com that does not exceed $450.
•If the winner selects a 55 gallon Top Fin aquarium, the prize also includes an aquarium stand.
•Total prize, including aquarium and stand, may not exceed $450.00
•ARV: $14.99 - $450.00 depending on aquarium model selected.
One prize will be awarded.
All federal, state, municipal and local taxes, and all expenses associated with receipt or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize and will be required to provide Sponsor with winner's social security number for purposes of same.

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States including the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are 18 years or older (or the age of majority under applicable law, whichever is older) as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period (defined below). Directors, officers and employees of PetSmart and any of its respective parent companies, affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, licensees, professional advisors, and advertising and promotion agencies, together with the immediate families and those persons living in the same household as such employees are not eligible to enter.
3. Sweepstakes Period. The entry period for the Sweepstakes is from 12:01:00 a.m. EST on 1/18/2013 through 11:59:59 p.m. EST on 3/3/2013 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's (or Sponsor's designated representative's) computer is the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period
