Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on December 31, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on February 4, 2013, (the "Sweepstakes Period").

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 49 United States (excluding RI) and the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority under applicable law).

Prizes: There are five prizes, each a $100 PetSmart gift card. ARV $100 each, Total ARV $500.

To enter the Sweepstakes by submitting a product review, visit www.petsmart.com, sign in if you are already a registered customer, or register if you are not already. Select a product with which you have personal experience, write a review that reflects your experience, and submit the review during the Sweepstakes Period. You will automatically receive an entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one Sweepstakes entry per email address, through the duration of the Sweepstakes.

On February 11, 2013, the prize winners will be chosen by a representative of Sponsor in a random sweepstakes drawing from all eligible entries. Sponsor will notify each potential winner by email using the information provided in the online review submittal or postcard within five (5) business days after the drawing.
