Timing: begins on January 28, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on March 29, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET
Limit: One (1) entry per person
Eligibility: open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in his or her state and who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry may participate.
