Open to permanent legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia ("D.C.") and Canada, EXCLUDING Quebec, who are 13 years or older at time of entry.
create and send a "love lock" to a friend/loved one/family member (the "Recipient"). The Recipient then must accept the lock in order for the sender to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Once the Recipient accepts their love lock, a confirmation email containing a link to the Sweepstakes entry form will be sent to the sender of the love lock ("Entrant").

Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize, one (1) First Prize, five (5) Second Prizes and ten (10) Third Prizes are available to win. The prizes consist of the following:
a. Grand Prize: A trip for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest) to Paris, France. Prize includes: (i) Round−trip coach class airfare for winner and guest from the major airport nearest winner's home (as determined by Sponsor) to Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG); (ii) three (3) nights/ two (2) days hotel accommodations for two (2) (one double occupancy room) in a hotel of Sponsor's choice in Paris, France; (iii) a $2,500 USD Visa® Gift Card; (iv) two (2) 1509DLOV Locks. ARV of the Grand Prize: $7,510 USD.
b. First Prize: (i) a $1,000 Visa Gift Card; (ii) a piece of Pier 1 Paris wall art; and (iii) two (2)−1509DLOV Locks ARV of First Prize: $1,055 USD.
c. Second Prizes: (i) Shades of Pink and Red Roses Flower Arrangement; (ii) Bath & Body Works 'Paris Amour' Collection; (iii) Hershey's Valentine's Filled Bottle; (iv) Yankee Candle; (v) Romantic Comedy DVD Set; and (vi) two (2) 1509DLOV Locks ARV of each Second Prize: $200 USD.
d. Third Prizes: one (1) 1509DLOV Lock Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Third Prize: $5 USD.
