Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on February 15, 2013, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on March 31, 2013 ("Sweepstakes Period").

Limit one (1) entry per person/authorized jcp rewards membership account holder per day. The use of automated devices to enter this Sweepstakes is prohibited. Co-Sponsors assume no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries or any computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur. All entries become Co-Sponsors' property and will not be returned.
One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to the Pantone Hotel in Brussels, Belgium. Grand Prize includes: Round-trip, coach-class airfare for the winner and one (1) guest to Brussels, Belgium from an airport determined at the sole discretion of the Co-Sponsors; three (3) nights' hotel accommodations at the Pantone Hotel (in one (1) double-occupancy room, excluding room service, meals, and other incidentals); ground transportation to and from the airport/hotel for the winner and one (1) guest; one (1) dinner for Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest (restaurant, time, and other details to be determined at the sole discretion of the Co-Sponsors); one (1) chocolate tour for Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest (location, time, and other details to be determined at the sole discretion of the Co-Sponsors); one (1) museum tour for Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest (location, time, and other details to be determined at the sole discretion of the Co-Sponsors); $750 awarded in the form of a corporate check to the Grand Prize winner only; one (1) $500 jcp gift card (gift card is subject to jcp's standard policies, terms, and provisions regarding the use and redemption of gift cards, including, without limitation, policies regarding cash refunds for returned merchandise); one (1) copy of "The 20th Century in Color" book; one (1) copy of the "More Alive with Color" book; one (1) copy of "The Color Answer" book; one (1) copy of the "Colors For Your Every Mood" book; one (1) copy of the "Color: Messages and Meanings" book; one (1) copy of the "COLOR-A Children's Book" book; one (1) Pantone Fashion and Home Color Guide Fan Deck, and one (1) Pantone Universe Color by Numbers comforter set in the color and size of the winner's choice. To assist with any federal or state obligations, the Grand Prize winner will also receive a single cash payment of up to $3,515.88 in the form of a corporate check to the winner only (payment is based on a 34% tax rate and on the approximate retail value of the prize awarded). Any additional tax obligation that the Grand Prize winner may be liable for is the sole responsibility of the winner. The Grand Prize winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local income taxes and other taxes associated with the prize. The Co-Sponsors will comply with all tax reporting requirements. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $10,340.82.
Ten (10) Runner-Up Prizes: One (1) Pantone Fashion and Home Color Guide Fan Deck; one (1) Pantone 35 Inspirational Color Palettes; and one (1) $200 jcp gift card (gift card is subject to jcp's standard policies, terms, and provisions regarding the use and redemption of gift cards, including, without limitation, policies regarding cash refunds for returned merchandise). The ARV of each Runner-Up Prize: $409.95.
Approximate Retail Value of all Prizes combined: $14,440.32.
