DAILY INSTANT WIN GAMES. There will be a total of four hundred fifty-nine (459) Daily Instant Win Game prizes awarded at randomly selected moments throughout the Entry Period, the quantities awarded during each calendar day and descriptions of each as indicated in the chart below. Each prize will be randomly assigned to a specific time during each calendar day throughout the Entry Period. The odds of winning a prize depend on the date and time of participation. The Participant who, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, first submits a valid game play on (or the first person who submits a game play after that time if no one submits it at that time) the randomly pre-assigned specific time will be eligible to win the prize assigned to that time. If the participant is a potential winner of a prize, they will see a message onscreen informing them of the prize, and must follow the instructions and provide any necessary information before closing their browser. If the browser is closed before the required information is properly submitted, the prize will be forfeited.

Total ARV of all Daily Instant Win Games is $746.58
Administrator will conduct a random drawing for the Grand Prize on or about April 1, 2013 to select a potential winners (the "Potential Winner"). Potential Winner will be notified by email on or about April 4, 2013 and must respond to the notification within five (5) business days or be subject to disqualification and another Potential Winner will be selected from the remaining eligible Entries received if time permits. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
GRAND PRIZE (1). Grand Prize Winner (the "Winner") will be awarded a SpongeBob Fan Experience trip to Orlando, FL (the "Trip Package"). The Trip Package shall consist of the following: (i) roundtrip coach airfare for Winner and up to three (3) guests of Winner (each, a "Guest", collectively "Guests") (one of whom must be a parent or legal guardian of Winner if Winner is under eighteen [18] years of age) from the airport nearest the Winners' residences to Orlando, FL, (ii) five (5) days/four (4) nights hotel accommodations at the Nickelodeon Suites Resort (premium two [2] bedroom SpongeBob suite, quad occupancy), (iii) round trip ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; (iv) complimentary Nickelodeon Suites Resorts service fee (which covers the following items: live entertainment in Studio Nick, poolside entertainment and water park, costumed character meet & greet, scheduled bus transportation to Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios & Animal Kingdom, in-room safe, in-room coffee/tea, high-speed internet, unlimited local telephone calls, business center, fitness center and parking for one vehicle); (v) complimentary Ultimate VIP Experience, including a Make the Pie Fly Experience and gift basket, front row seats for four (4) to Double Dare LIVE including an exclusive meet & greet with the cast after the show and a 5x7 souvenir photo and an Ultimate Slime Experience; (vi) complimentary poolside cabana for one (1) day (each additional day at a 20% discount); (vii) complimentary SpongeBob Bikini Bottom Breakfast for Winner and Guests; (viii) VIP Seating for Winner and Guests at Studio Nick LIVE; (ix) VIP Seating for Winner and Guests at "SpongeBob SquarePants 4D: The Great Jelly Rescue"; (x) four (4) 1-Day, 2-Park Tickets to both Universal Orlando® Resort Theme Parks; (xi) $250 Universal Orlando® Resort Gift Card which can be redeemed at SpongeBob StorePants (for the Winner only and subject to terms and restrictions of issuer).

Any person that participates in the Trip Package that is not deemed a Guest must pay his/her own expenses. The difference between the ARV and the actual value of the Grand Prize will not be awarded.
Winner and his/her Guests must be able to travel between April 5, 2013 to April 5, 2014 or Winner agrees to forfeit the Trip Package in its entirety and Sponsor may elect to award the Trip Package to another Winner, time permitting. Specific travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, blackout dates and other prize and travel restrictions. Sponsor may change travel dates at its sole discretion.
