Promotion Period: The Sweepstakes runs from 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 3/25/13 through 11:59:59 PM ET on 4/22/13 (the "Promotion Period").
Limit one (1) entry per person and per valid e-mail address per day, regardless of method of entry.
Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize: An exclusive "Scotts Ultimate Backyard Makeover" at winner's home not to exceed an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $25,000 (the "Makeover") Makeover will include but is not limited to the following: a consultation with Grand Prize Provider or its designee to identify the Winner's makeover needs, live goods (ie. plants), turf grass and Scotts Miracle-Gro products, labor costs, and growing media (soils, sand, rocks, mulch), and non-lawn and garden growing items, products or live goods (ie. grill or pavers). Consultation consists of meetings & other communication with winner regarding Makeover, photographs (as necessary) prior to Makeover & recommendations for Makeover. Administrator will furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 to Grand Prize winner for the actual retail value of Grand Prize for the tax year in which Grand Prize was won. Any difference between this amount & the actual value of Makeover will not be awarded in any form. Grand Prize Provider will make an effort to accommodate the Winner's preferences for the Makeover, but all final details regarding the Makeover will be determined by Grand Prize Provider in its sole discretion. Date and time of Makeover are at the discretion of Grand Prize Provider. If the Winner does not own a yard suitable for a makeover as determined by Grand Prize Provider, Sponsor will award an alternate prize with an equal value in lieu of the Makeover.
(29) Daily Prizes/(1) Prize for each day of the Promotion Period: A total of (29) Daily Prizes (1 prize per day) will be randomly awarded during each day of the Promotion Period:
*One (1) season long subscription to MLB.TV Premium (ARV: $129.99) (13 total); or;
*One (1) official team cap (ARV: $14) (11 total); or
*One (1) official team jersey (ARV: $130) (5 total).
Team cap and/or jersey are not game worn. MLB.TV details: Blackout and other restrictions apply. Blackout restrictions subject to change. Data and usage rates may apply to MLB.com At Bat download and use. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize details are subject to change at Sponsor's sole discretion. Total ARV of all prizes: $27,493.87.
