FAGE Total Fill the Fridge Challenge Sweepstakes ~ 5/7/13

Sweepstakes begins on April 17, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on May 7, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). There are twenty one (21) Daily Entry Periods, starting at 12:00 a.m. ET and ending the same day at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, visit www.fagetotalchallenge.com and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form including a valid email address. Follow the links and instructions to submit an ingredient to be added to the refrigerator. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes when you submit your ingredient.

Limit: You may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one (1) entry per day by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified.

Administrator will randomly select the potential Grand Prize winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or around May 8, 2013. Administrator will randomly select the potential First Prize winners from all eligible entries received during the applicable Weekly Entry Period, on or around the next business day. Administrator will randomly select the potential Daily Entry Period Prize winners from all eligible entries received during the applicable Daily Entry Period, on or around the next business day. The potential winners will be notified by email, mail or phone.

THREE (3) GRAND PRIZES: A trip for two (2) to Las Vegas, NV. Trip package includes round trip, first-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Las Vegas, NV; three (3) nights' accommodations at Encore At the Wynn Las Vegas, NV - Panoramic Suite (single room, double occupancy); ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; VIP-table dining at Bobby Flay's world-class restaurant Mesa Grill; Joël Robuchon Restaurant at MGM Grand, Las Vegas for Two (2) - Private Table Service; Exclusive, VIP-table dining at 5-star The Mix, Las Vegas; Cooking class for two (2) at the Le Courdon Bleu School; $1,000 spending money; $2,850 to use toward taxes; and travel agent services.

Winner must complete the trip within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure.Travel must be round trip. Travel companion must be twenty one (21) years of age or older as of the date of departure or a sibling/friend of winner with the appropriate parental permissions and releases and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor's sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $12,350.

THREE (3) FIRST PRIZES: An $8,000 Lowe's gift card (terms and conditions apply) to be used towards the purchase of a high-end stainless steel refrigerator and $2,400 to use towards taxes. ARV: $10,400.

TWENTY ONE (21) DAILY ENTRY PERIOD PRIZES (ONE (1) PER DAY): A $100 Visa gift card (terms and conditions apply). ARV: $100.
