During the Promotion Period, you may enter by hand printing your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number on a plain 3" x 5" piece of paper. Mail your entry in a hand-addressed stamped envelope to: Time Warner Cable Text to Win All-Star Race Sweepstakes, PO Box 7922, Melville, NY 11775-7922. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by May 1, 2013 and received by May 6, 2013 to be eligible for the random drawing. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope.

Grand Prize and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize Winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for Grand Prize winner and one (1) travel companion to Charlotte, NC to attend the Sprint All-Star Race ("Race") on or about May 18, 2013. Trip includes: round-trip coach air transportation from a major U.S. Gateway airport nearest winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor or its designee) to Charlotte; compact car rental for three (3) days; standard hotel accommodations [one (1) single room, double occupancy, room and tax only] for three (3) consecutive days and two (2) nights, two (2) tickets to the Race, and and a Meet & Greet with Kasey Kahne (subject to availability). ARV is $5,000. Any difference between the ARV and the actual value, if any, will not be awarded. Prize is nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. Race tickets must be used on date specified; Race date is subject to change. No cash or other substitution may be made. Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions at its sole discretion if any advertised prize becomes unavailable. In the event the Race/Meet & Greet is cancelled due to circumstances beyond Sponsor's control, that portion of the prize will not be awarded. Grand Prize and any of the above listed components may not be sold, traded, transferred, refunded, substituted, commissioned or redeemed for cash value. Trip must be taken on dates and at times determined by Sponsor (which are subject to change) in its sole discretion or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Actual value of the Grand Prize will depend on point of departure, dates of travel and any airfare fluctuations and any difference in value will not be awarded. Airline carrier, hotel and agent to be selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Car rental is subject to additional restrictions set forth by car rental contract. If winner does not meet rental car requisites/requirements that portion of the prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation will be provided. Winner will be required to return car with a full tank of gas. Grand Prize winner and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary and air transportation and hotel accommodations must be taken by the Grand Prize winner and travel companion together. Once trip dates have been booked, no extension or substitution of trip dates is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Once travel has been confirmed, any cancellation or change fees or restructuring of the trip are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. If the Grand Prize winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must accompany Grand Prize winner on trip as the travel companion. Travel companion must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18) unless accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian (who must be the Grand Prize winner). Grand Prize winner and travel companion are solely responsible for providing all necessary identification documents and will be responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents (i.e., valid government-issued photo ID, etc.). Failure to provide such documents may result in trip cancellation upon airport check-in. The Grand Prize winner and/or his/her travel companion must have/present at least one major credit card in good standing in order to check into hotel. The Grand Prize trip restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions, which may be stated in the affidavit (described below) and/or winner's travel documents. In the event the Grand Prize winner resides within 150 miles of Charlotte, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation will be provided. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets/passes/itinerary/identification, etc. Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and any other costs, incidentals, and any other expenses associated with Grand Prize acceptance and use not specifically mentioned as being provided, including but not limited to unspecified ground transportation and/or luggage handling between winner's home and airport, and items not included as part of the winning Grand Prize package.
