Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) Central Daylight Time ("CDT") on April 15, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. CDT on May 12, 2013.
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older and located in the United States or the District of Columbia at the time of entry, and have not been convicted of any felony or of a misdemeanor involving moral turpitude nor subject to any protective order or restraining order at the time of entry or during the previous twelve months.

After completing your entry, you may invite your friends to enter the Sweepstakes. Follow the on-screen instructions to refer your friends. If five (5) of your friends enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotional Period, you will receive one (1) entry into the referral drawing, for a chance to win the referral prize. Limit one (1) entry into the referral drawing for the Promotional Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person/email address per day.
One (1) Prize: Prize winner will receive a trip for winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, California. Prize includes:
- round-trip coach air transportation for winner and one (1) guest (from major commercial airport near winner's home within the U.S.) to Los Angeles, California,
- one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for two (2) nights / three (3) days,
- a "Behind theScenes" activity package to include a fashion preview, lunch and a photo and autograph opportunity with Rachel Zoe and a tour of Rachel Zoe's design studio
with a Rachel Zoe, Inc. representative (subject to availability),
- ground transportation to/from airport, hotel, and the "Behind the Scenes" event, and
- a $500 bank card.
Travel expected to occur between June 20, 2013 and June 30, 2013. Exact travel dates to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner and guest must travel on dates specified by Sponsor. No alternate travel dates are available. Winner must accept prize as stated or prize may be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $3,100.00.
One (1) Referral Prize: Referral prize winner will receive one (1) $500 Fred Meyer Gift Card. ARV: $500.
