2. Promotion Overview
Where's your Sierra Nevada CAN been? Sierra Nevada cans were a huge hit in 2012 as a perfect addition to our customers outdoor adventures. Offering the same great beer with the benefits of cans.

At Sierra Nevada, we are all about the outdoors and we know that you are too. Cans are just our way of letting you take your favorite beer to all the places you love.

Starting on April 1, 2013 12:01 AM PST (Pacific Standard Time) through May 31, 2013 11:59 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time), all submissions will be entered for a chance to win a Sierra Nevada t-shirt, while supplies last. An astute panel of Sierra Nevada judges will review all qualified submissions, and select our favorite photographs of you sharing your outdoor adventure.

Just follow the three step process outlined on the registration page, and we'll do the rest.

We hope you enjoy your t-shirt, your 15 minutes of internet fame, and a great beer!

3. General Provisions
No purchase necessary and no entry fee required to enter.
By submitting your photograph, you agree to be bound by the Official Terms and Conditions of this Promotion.
Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. reserves the right to deny any entry or award for any reason.
No substitution or transfer is permitted and may not be redeemed for cash or anything else of value.
Void where prohibited by law.

4. Promotional Dates
Entries received on April 1, 2013 12:01 AM (PST) through May 31, 2013 11:59 PM (PST) at www.PaleAleCan.com while supplies last, MAY be eligible for one (1) free t-shirt per person (limit one per household).

5. Eligibility
You must have a valid email address.
Legal U.S. resident (excluding the U.S. Virgin Islands).
You must be 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER at the time of submission to participate in this promotion. You must be prepared to verify age if requested. A valid Driver License or Government-issued identification card showing date of birth, name and physical description are acceptable forms of age verification. Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. may also require proof that the individual submitting the photograph is the authorized account holder of the email address provided in the entry.
One shirt per person. You may send us as many photographs as you like, but only one shirt per person.
Licensed industry members – including suppliers, wholesalers and retailers – and their officers, representatives, employees and immediate family members are ineligible.

6. How to enter
Upload your photograph at www.PaleAleCan.com or using the Facebook App during the promotional dates. Photographs must be submitted as JPG, PNG or TIF format.

7. Acceptable photographs
Entertaining, fun and SAFE outdoor activities
Group photographs, but only ONE person is eligible

8. Prohibited photographs
Photographs that include any of the following may be deemed ineligible:
Consumption of alcohol beverages
Minors
Other beer brands shown in a derogatory manner
Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. does not encourage or condone dangerous activity
A panel of astute Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. judges will review all eligible entries for the duration of the promotion and select the winners. Winners will be sent their shirts as they are selected.

9. Warranty
By entering this Promotion, you: 1) grant Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. permission to use, in perpetuity and at our sole discretion, your name and likeness on our website and any other promotional materials, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation to you, unless prohibited by law; 2) represent and warrant that you are the original creator of the photograph, or have obtained such authorization necessary to submit the photograph, and that the photograph does not contain any elements created or owned by anyone else, or anything that violates a trademark, tradename, logo, likeness, copyright, patent, publicity, privacy or other rights of anyone else; 3) represent and warrant that the photograph included in your entry has not been produced or commercially exploited before; and 4) represent and warrant that the photograph included in your entry does not contain any defamatory, libelous, illegal or obscene content.
