Bordeaux Wine Council “Win a Trip to Bordeaux” Sweepstakes ~ 12/31/13

Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on 4/26/13 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 12/31/13 ("Promotion Period").

Open only to legal residents of the 48 Contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 21 years of age and who have Internet access and a valid e-mail address at time of entry.

Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person per day. For purposes of this Sweepstakes day begins at 12:00:00 am ET and ends the following 11:59:59 pm ET. Multiple entries in excess of this limitation or mass entry attempts will result in disqualification of all entries by such person. Entries must be manually key-stroked; use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited.

Two (2) separate and distinct Sweepstakes Entry Periods comprise the Sweepstakes Periods

Potential winners will be selected in random drawings on or about the subsequent Monday following each Sweepstakes Period end date (as described in the Sweepstakes Periods chart above) from among all eligible entries received for that Sweepstakes Period. To be eligible for any Sweepstakes Period the entry must be received and recorded by the Main Sponsor's computer by the end date of that Sweepstakes Period. All non-winning entries for any Sweepstakes Period will NOT be carried forward to subsequent Sweepstakes Periods. Potential winners will be notified by phone and/or e-mail.

Grand Prize (2 winners): Each Grand Prize Winner will receive a 6-day/5-night trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Bordeaux, France. Exact travel dates to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Trip consists of:
- round- trip coach class air transportation for two (2) to Bordeaux, France, from a major international airport near winner's home (departure and destination airports to be chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
- 5-night hotel accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy) in a hotel of Sponsor's choice;
- round-trip ground transportation between Bordeaux airport and hotel and several organized tours by CIVB of chateaux in Bordeaux (exact chateaux to be determined at Sponsor's sole discretion).

Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $5,000.00 each.
