open to legal residents of the United States 18 years or older.
VIA TEXT MESSAGING: During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, send the keyword "ICON" as a text message using the text messaging feature on your wireless phone to 74974.
VIA ONLINE: During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, log on to twitter.com, where you will post a
message ("tweet"™) using the hashtag #IndieIcon indicating why you want to attend the 2013
ESSENCE Music Festival. Once you submit the tweet™, you will be automatically entered into
the Sweepstakes.
One entry per person for each entry method, totaling two entries per person
Prize:
The number of winners listed in Table 1 above will receive the following:
a. Roundtrip airfare from a major airport near their residence to New Orleans, LA, 3-night hotel
accommodations, and $300.
b. Two tickets to all ESSENCE Main Stage performances on 7/5, 7/6 and 7/7.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize is $2475.00 and the aggregate ARV for all prizes for
the Sweepstakes is $2475.00.
