Sweepstakes entry period begins on 5/10/2013 at 12:01 am PST and ends on 6/20/2013 at 11:59 pm PST.
Open to individual legal residents of the fifty (50) United States including the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, as of the date of entry.

Limit of 1 entry per Facebook user/person and per household, per day.
Grand Prize will consist of:
one (1) Apple iPad with Retina Display (32GB, Black);
one (1) Apple iPad Camera Connection Kit;
a selection of photography apps from the iTunes Store;
one (1) Canon Powershot S110 Black;
one (1) Transcend 32GB Class 10 SDHC;
one (1) Seagate Wireless Plus 1TB Mobile Storage;
one (1) Black Cat Classic Yellow T-shirt (L);
one (1) Supercharged Surprise Fun Pack of Black Cat Accessories and Apparel.
Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is One Thousand Four Hundred Fifteen U.S. Dollars ($1,415).
Each of the two (2) alternate prizes will consist of:
