Knitters/Crocheters

I know that there are a few of you.
I have a lot of time on my hands, so I'm attempting some new things. I'm actually using patterns now, where before I just knitted whatever came about. Big Grin

I'm beginning to realize that I only have small needles and I'm becoming a yarn snob.

I knitted a hat for my nephew, one for myself (no patterns), a baby-carrier (no pattern), and now I'm going to start working on some fingerless gloves.

Anyone else? Any deals on good yarn, needles, etc.?

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
Bust: 3.5 inches

I can relate, lol. LMAO

Size 1 needles...like knitting with spaghetti! Very delicate work.

Love your Swiffer shrug, Aggiemom. Do you have a pattern? I'd be interested.

Here's the Swiffer pattern: http://alicethekamel.blogspot.com...shrug.html

Note: It is NOT for the wet jet. It's the standard Swiffer. I"m working out a pattern for the wet jet based on this one.

Yes, it will be a scarf. Smilie Thanks, Aggie. I need to go buy another bundle of yarn to complete it. Wish I bought more with the 50% off Michael's coupons from last month.

That's why I started out small with a scarf. A blanket is just way too big.

i made a scarf in the winter. took a break from the blanket. i just always wanted a huge blanket for my bed that i made, so im doing it. Faint it'll take me too long! i'd be done with it if i crocheted every day. i just dont have that time. i'd rather do other stuff Coverlaugh
