I know that there are a few of you.
I have a lot of time on my hands, so I'm attempting some new things. I'm actually using patterns now, where before I just knitted whatever came about. Big Grin

I'm beginning to realize that I only have small needles and I'm becoming a yarn snob.

I knitted a hat for my nephew, one for myself (no patterns), a baby-carrier (no pattern), and now I'm going to start working on some fingerless gloves.

Anyone else? Any deals on good yarn, needles, etc.?

I picked up a new sweater pattern to knit one of those longer, wrap type sweaters that are popular now. Trying to decide if I want to attempt it. I currently have one afghan to put together before christmas and another one half knit for another gift.

I need some help. I have looked and looked. My grandma wants some long socks, made from worsted weight yarn. Like knee socks, lol.

I have never knitted socks, and I need a pattern that explains step by step how to make the heel and instep. Please PM me if you have links, patterns, or advice for me.

If anyone here has ever knitted worsted weight socks( any kind, knee or otherwise) I could use some help! I need these done by Christmas!! The sooner the better!
