open only to individuals ("Entrants") who are legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia that are or will be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry
begin May 18, 2013 at 6:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) and end May 26, 2013 at 11:59 PM EST ("Sweepstakes Period").
A limit of one entry per day is allowed per individual and if applicable per verified e-mail address
Limited Cities see rules Appendix A for Participating Stations
Prize Package will include the following: A three (3) day/two (2) night trip for two (2) people to New York, New York. Domestic roundtrip first class airfare for winner and one (1) guest between the major metropolitan airport nearest prize winner's primary residence and (in
the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to destination airport for New York, NY; three (3) days and two (2) nights standard double occupancy hotel accommodations at destination; a one-thousand dollar ($1,000.00)
TopShop gift card, dinner for two (2) people at Locanda Verde (up to a two-hundred dollar ($200.00) value), two (2) tickets to see Beyonce perform in concert (the "Concert") on August 3, 2013, professional hair and make-up for two (2) people prior to Concert,
roundtrip ground transportation from airport to hotel and hotel to concert, and a meet and greet with Beyonce. Total overall approximate retail value of the prize is $6,300.00.
