The Sweepstakes begins on May 2, 2013, at 00:01 AM Central Standard Time ("CST") and ends on June 26, 2013 at 23:59 PM CST.
Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands. Persons residing in other jurisdictions are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at time of entry, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
HOW TO ENTER – BY TEXT: Use your SMS-enabled mobile phone to text "gumout" to shortcode 25827 and you will be automatically entered into the sweepstakes. Participants must have a mobile phone with text messaging capabilities to enter by Text Message. Participants entering this sweepstakes via Text Message may incur a standard text message charge from their wireless service provider for each message sent and received. Check with your wireless service provider for detail on these and other applicable charges. Some mobile providers may block messaging to short codes. Each SMS Sweepstakes text entry will generate a text response. This text response will contain an "opt-in" to receive additional offers by email in which entrant can elect to participate by reply texting their email address. Opting-in to receive additional promotional offers by email will not increase one's chances of winning.

On a plain 3" x 5" index card, legibly handprint or type your first name, last name, date of birth, complete address, city, state, zip code, home phone number (including area code), and email address (if any) and mail your completed 3" x 5"card to:

Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Sweepstakes regardless of method of entry.
PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: One (1) Prize consisting of Free Gasoline for one (1) year for the Prize Winner and Free Gasoline for one (1) year for one (1) friend designated by Prize Winner. The Prize will be awarded in the form of fifty (50) $50.00 Gift Cards for the Prize Winner and (50) $50.00 Gift Cards for the one (1) designated friend. Such Gift Cards may be used for the purchase of gasoline. Approximate retail value of Free Gasoline for one (1) person for one (1) year is estimated at $2,500.00, based on the average consumer's yearly gasoline consumption. Fluctuations in gasoline prices and annual mileage driven by Prize Winner or friend will not affect the Prize amount. The approximate retail value of each portion of the Prize for the Prize Winner and the one (1) friend is $2,500 each, and the total approximate retail value of the Prize is $5,000. Gift cards* are subject to separate terms and conditions imposed by issuer. The Prize Winner must provide contact information for one (1) friend. Friend will be required to complete and return a liability release and an affidavit which will require personal information including social security number, for tax purposes. The Prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution and is not transferable, not for resale and has no cash surrender value, except where required by law. The Prize is subject to availability and subject to change at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Total ARV for prize: $5,000.00.
