1. Eligibility: The Marlboro Follow the Flavor Makers Instant Win Game And Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding Massachusetts, Michigan, and Virginia) and the District of Columbia who are smokers twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Philip Morris USA Inc., its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, vendors, advertising and promotion agencies including ePrize, Inc., D.L. Blair, Inc., and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of each are not eligible. Noncompliance with any of the above eligibility requirements will result in disqualification. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void in Massachusetts, Michigan, Virginia, and where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Presenter's and Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. 3. Promotional Period: The Promotion begins on June 3, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on June 30, 2013 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). For purposes of this Promotion a day ("Day") runs from 8:00 a.m. ET until 7:59 a.m. ET the following day, except the first day which runs from June 3, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on June 4, 2013 at 7:59 a.m. ET and the last day which runs from June 30, 2013 at 8:00 a.m. ET and ends on June 30, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Administrator's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.

4. How to Enter: The Promotion consists of an instant win game (the "Instant Win Game") and a grand prize random draw sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"). To participate in the Promotion, you must first become a registered user at www.marlboro.com. If you are not a registered user, go to www.marlboro.com and follow the instructions to register. By registering at www.marlboro.com you agree to be added to the Marlboro mailing list. Once you are registered, go to the Follow the Flavor Makers promotion page and follow the instructions to play the Instant Win Game. You will automatically receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry each time you play the Instant Win Game. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Instant Win Game.

Limit: Each entrant may play the Instant Win Game one (1) time per Day during the Promotion Period and receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry per Day. An individual is not permitted to register for the www.marlboro.com website more than once. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one entry/Game play per Day by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. All entries are subject to verification. Prize will not be awarded if entry is associated with any www.marlboro.com login ID deemed void for any reason, including without limitation, if entry is not verified or recognized as being valid by the Presenter. Presenter is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified.

5. Grand Prize Sweepstakes/Instant Win Game: Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
Grand Prize Sweepstakes: Administrator will randomly select the potential Grand Prize Sweepstakes winner, from all eligible entries on or around July 1, 2013.
Instant Win Game: Eight thousand (8,000) random, computer-generated winning times, one for each prize listed below, will be generated during the Promotion Period.

For the Prepaid Card Prizes, there will be two hundred eighty-five (285) random, computer generated win times, per Day. If you are the first player to play the Instant Win Game at or after one of the randomly-generated times, you will be a potential instant winner of the prize indicated.

6. ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY PRESENTER OR ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE INSTANT WIN GAME SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY, AND THE POTENTIAL INSTANT WIN GAME WINNER AND/OR SWEEPSTAKES WINNER HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. PRESENTER WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY PLAY THAT OCCURS AFTER THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON IS DEEMED A DEFECTIVE PLAY, IS VOID AND WILL NOT BE HONORED.

7. Verification of Potential Winners of Instant Win Trip Prize, Instant Win Prepaid Card, or Sweepstakes Grand Prize: Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. The potential Online Instant Win Destination Trip Winners and Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner will be notified by mail, email or phone. Potential Online Instant Win Destination Trip Winners and Grand Prize winner and winners of multiple prizes with an aggregate approximate retail value of $600 or more will be required to (i) sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form and, where legally permissible, a Publicity Release and (ii) submit sufficient proof of age in the form of a legible photocopy of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., a driver's license) bearing a complete name, address, date of birth and signature ("Prize Documents"). Traveling companion must sign a Release and submit a legible photocopy of a valid government-issued photo ID, bearing his/her name, complete address, date of birth and signature. All completed Prize Documents must be returned within seven (7) days (including Saturday, Sunday and holidays) of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner, time permitting. In the event that a potential winner of a prepaid card prize or trip prize is disqualified for any reason or if any prize/trip prize notification is returned as undeliverable that results in disqualification, an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting. Presenter will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries for that prize. There will be up to three (3) alternate drawings (time permitting) after which the applicable prize will remain un-awarded.

Each traveling companion of potential Online Instant Win and Grand Prize winner must be a legal U.S. resident residing in one of the 50 U.S or D.C., 21 years of age or older and must comply with all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules. At least one of the three (3) traveling companions of the Grand Prize winner and the Grand Prize winner must be an adult smoker 21+ of age or older.

Any person who has been convicted of a felony, is the subject of a pending arrest warrant, is the subject of a pending criminal trial or sentencing, is on criminal probation, or has been convicted of a misdemeanor or any offense involving (a) any crime against a person, including any crime of violence or threatened violence, domestic violence or sexual offense, (b) theft, (c) robbery, (d) burglary, (e) fraud, (f) forgery, (g) manufacture, use and/or distribution of controlled substances or (h) any crime against public order, including disorderly conduct or public indecency, or is a habitual offender with three or more misdemeanor or summary-type offense convictions is not eligible to win an Instant Win Trip Prize or Sweepstakes Grand Prize (and forfeits the prize) or to be designated as a winner's traveling companion. Presenter reserves the right to conduct background check(s) on potential winners, and potential winner must cooperate with Presenter as a condition of prize award. In addition, Presenter reserves the right to conduct background check(s) on potential winner's traveling companion(s), and such traveling companion(s) must cooperate with Presenter as a condition of participation. Any false statement by a winner will result in automatic disqualification. Trip winners will be notified by overnight mail approximately four (4) weeks after returned Prize Documents are received by D.L. Blair, Inc., and winner's and winner's traveling companion's eligibility is determined. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Presenter or prize will be forfeited. Winners must be verified (2) weeks prior to the trip date in order to travel.

8. Prizes:
Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE DESTINATION EXPERIENCE: A trip for four (4), including winner and up to three (3) traveling companions to a select destination city in the continental United States at the discretion of the Presenter. Destination location will be revealed on the Follow the Flavor Makers promotion page on www.marlboro.com. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a commercial airport near winner's home within the 50 United States or the District or Columbia (determined by Presenter in its sole discretion) to the selected city; two (2) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Presenter in its sole discretion (two rooms, double occupancy); meals for winner and guests, and activities in the destination city selected by the Presenter. Winner will also receive a $1,875.00 check. Travel dates will be between August 2013 and October 2013. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Presenter or prize will be forfeited. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $12,475.00. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Instant Win Game Prizes:

SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY (7,980) PREPAID CARD PRIZES (TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE (285) PER DAY): A $100 Quantum Rewards Prepaid MasterCard® Card. The prepaid card will expire 12 months from the date of fulfillment and winner must comply with all terms and conditions specified by the issuer. The prepaid card is issued by MetaBank™, Member FDIC, pursuant to license by MasterCard International Incorporated. MasterCard is a registered trademark of MasterCard International Incorporated. ARV: $100.00.

For Instant Win Prizes: Odds of winning an Instant Win Game prize depend on the number of Instant Win prizes available divided by the number of eligible Instant Win Game plays.

PRIZE LIMIT: One (1) Instant Win Destination Experience Trip throughout promotion and one (1) $100 Quantum Rewards Prepaid MasterCard® Card per person per promotion week. Winners of an Instant Win Destination Experience Trip are ineligible to win the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Destination Experience Trip.

There will be a Marlboro Follow the Flavor Makers In-Bar game running concurrently with the online Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game. In-Bar Game will be presented at participating on-premise retail establishments in the following markets: Austin, TX, Atlanta, GA, Philadelphia, PA, and Chicago, IL. Winners of a Grand Prize Trip through the In-Bar Game are not eligible to win an online Instant Win Destination Experience Trip or the online Sweepstakes Destination Experience Grand Prize Trip.

For All Trip Prizes: Presenter will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Promotion, and those set forth by the Presenter's airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Presenter will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Presenter is not responsible if any events are delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Presenter's sole discretion. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winners must be verified by 8/16/13 in order to travel. TICKETS FOR ACTIVITIES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE. ONLY VERIFIED WINNER AND HIS/HER TRAVELING COMPANION WILL BE ADMITTED INTO THE ACTIVITIES. Traveling companions must be accompanied by winner, and will not be permitted to participate in any activities without winner. All travelers must possess required travel documents (i.e. a valid photo ID) prior to departure. Travelers are responsible for all travel expenses not included herein, including airline baggage fees, gratuities, and any other incidental costs or expenses related to trip prize participation.

Presenter reserves the right to provide a cash alternative or to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. No transfer or substitution of prize by winner permitted; winner must accept the Instant Win Trip Prize or Grand Prize in its entirety, as stated in these Official Rules, except winner may travel without a traveling companion. Presenter will not be responsible for any portion of a prize which may not be available due to any event beyond Presenter's control. Winner acknowledges that Presenter has not made nor is in any manner responsible for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize offered in this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Warranties regarding prizes (if any) are subject to the manufacturer's terms, and winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturer for any such warranty. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.

Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. Winners may be required to provide state and federal tax reporting information as a condition of prize award. Winners of a prize or prizes with an aggregate approximate retail value of $600 or more will be required to provide state and federal tax reporting information as a condition of prize award and will receive an IRS form 1099 for the total aggregate value of the prize(s) won as stated in these Official Rules. Approximate retail values are as of the time the rules were printed and the value of a prize may fluctuate. A winner is not entitled to any difference between the ARV and the actual value of the prize at the time the prize is awarded.

For All Prizes: Terms and conditions of prepaid cards apply. No cash equivalent and all prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Presenter's sole discretion. Presenter reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Non-trip prizes will be fulfilled approximately 4-6 weeks after the conclusion of the Promotion. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $913,975.00.
