Vizio / Best Buy: GIVE YOUR DAD THE BEST GRAND PRIZE CONTEST - 6/05/2013

One (1) Grand Prize Winner: the Grand Prize Winner will receive, for his/her self, one (1) VIZIO 42" Razor LED Smart TV [model#E420i] (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of $499.99 USD) and one (1) $100 M-GO streaming movie credit (AVR $100); and one (1) Grand Prize Package for his/her Dad ("Entertainment Package"). The Entertainment Package consists of: one (1) VIZIO E-Series 70" Razor LED Smart TV [model#E701i] (ARV of $1,699.99 USD), one (1) VIZIO 42" 5.1 E-Series Sound Bar [model#SB4251] (ARV $329.99 USD), one (1) $300 M-Go streaming movie credit (ARV $300.00 USD), and four (4) tickets to the premiere of DreamWorks Animation's film 'Turbo' in Los Angeles, including airfare and lodging costs (the trip package shall not exceed $2,050.00). Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class airfare for four (4) people from a major airport near the Grand Prize Winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and 1 or 2 nights' accommodations (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), in Los Angeles, California at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy). Total ARV of Grand Prize is $4,979.97

Grand Prize Winner Selection: On or about June 6 through June 12, 2013, one (1) Grand Prize winner (hereinafter "Grand Prize Winner") will be selected from among all eligible Entries after the Contest Period and will based on the judging criteria as defined in Section 8. The Grand Prize Winner and his/her father must be available to receive the Grand Prize on June 13, 2013 at the Best Buy store located near the Grand Prize Winner's residence as determined by Sponsor and Best Buy.

First Prize:

Fifteen (15) First Place Prize Winners: the First Place Prize Winners will each receive one (1) $200 Best Buy Gift Card (ARV $200.00 USD) for his/her Dad; and each will receive one (1) $50 Best Buy Gift Card (ARV $50.00 USD) for themselves.

The above $200 gift cards must be gifted to the Prize Winners' fathers. Representatives of Sponsor will ship the prizes after June 13, 2013.

How to Enter: To enter, visit https://vizio.com/dad during the Contest Period and then follow the onscreen instructions to register with Sponsor by a) completing all required fields; b) submitting a photo via desktop or Facebook Connect or video via YouTube and an accompanying caption (not to exceed 500 characters in length) explaining why you are your Dad's Number 1 Fan; and c) electronically agree and accept these Official Rules; (collectively, "Entry"). This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or YouTube. You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Facebook or YouTube. There is a limit of a total of one (1) Entry per person/email address for the duration of the Contest Period.

Voting Phase: During the Contest Period, the public will be invited to vote (the "Public Vote") for the Entry that they believe best demonstrates how the entrant is the Number #1 Fan of his/her Dad. Participants can visit online at www.vizio.com/dad and follow the instructions to vote. They must complete the required Entry form and select the photo or video they wish to vote for. Voting Limit: Only one (1) vote per person, per photo or video, per day is allowed during the Voting Phase. Any persons voting may not share the same email address. Any attempt by anyone to submit more than the stated number of votes by using multiple/different email addresses will void all their votes and he or she will be disqualified from further participation in the Contest.
