JUDGING/WINNER SELECTION DETAILS:
Throughout the Promotion Period, a panel of judges provided by the Radio Show will review the Entries and on or about ten (10) weekdays after the end date of the Contest, select one (1) potential winner from among all correct, eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period, based on the following criteria: Originality, Creativity, and Skillful Story Telling.
In the event of a tie during the judging process, an additional, qualified, "tie-breaking" judge shall determine the winner from such tied Entries using the criteria set forth herein. Judges' decisions on all matters relating to this Contest shall be final and binding. All prize awards are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Winner(s) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest.
