Promotion begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 06/10/13 and ending at 04:59:59 PM ET on 07/18/13 (the "Promotion Period").
Promotion is a two-part promotion. Participants may enter a random-draw sweepstakes for a chance to win the Social Prize (the "Social Prize Sweepstakes") and/or enter a series of weekly, random-draw sweepstakes for a chance to win a Weekly Prize (the "Weekly Prize Sweepstakes").
Open to legal residents of 50 US states & D.C. who are 18 years of age and older as of date of entry.
How to Enter the Weekly Prize Sweepstakes: To Enter Without Opening an Account or Other Obligation: During the Promotion Period, participants may receive one (1) entry into the Weekly Prize Sweepstakes by visiting https://www.usscpromoti
Participants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Weekly Prize Sweepstakes upon successfully depositing a check into his/her Capital One 360 account (a "Qualifying Account") using CheckMate (the "CheckMate Entry"). Consumer submitting the CheckMate Entry, and the Capital One 360 account the check is deposited into, must be in good standing for the CheckMate Entry to be eligible.
Limit: Ten (10) entries into the Weekly Prize Sweepstakes per person per Weekly Entry Period regardless of method of entry.
During the Promotion Period, there are six (6) individual drawings each with a Weekly Entry Period as defined in the Weekly Prize Sweepstakes Schedule below.

How to Enter the Social Prize Sweepstakes: Participants may receive one (1) entry into the Social Prize Sweepstakes by: 1) Following Capital One 360 on Twitter at www.twitter.com/CapitalOne360; and 2) Posting a Tweet stating what else you would love to double and why, including "@capitalone360", "@capitalone" or "@askcapitalone" and "#doubleyourdough", from the Twitter account used to follow Capital One 360 on Twitter (the "Social Entry"). Social Entry Tweets will not be judged. Any Social Entry containing inappropriate content ("Social Entry Material") as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will disqualify the Social Entry, and any other entries submitted by that Participant, in its entirety. Tweets from private Twitter accounts will not be eligible. Participants must continue to follow Capital One 360 through 08/31/13 so he/she may be contacted in the event they are selected as the potential Social Prize winner.
Limit: One (1) entry into the Social Prize Sweepstakes per person during the Promotion Period.
Potential Weekly Prize winners will be selected in a series of random drawings to be conducted on or about the Weekly Drawing Date from among all eligible CheckMate and Online Entries received for that Weekly Entry Period. All non-winning CheckMate and Online Entries will not be carried over into subsequent drawings. Potential Social Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on or about 07/19/13 from among all eligible Social Entries received during the Promotion Period
Social Prize: There is one (1) Social Prize available to be won of $2,000.
Weekly Prizes: There are six (6) Weekly Prizes available to be won of a maximum of $3,000 each. Actual amount of each Weekly Prize will be as follows: 1) If potential Weekly Prize winner entered using the CheckMate Entry method, Weekly Prize will be awarded as the same amount as the largest of the first ten (10) checks deposited during the corresponding Weekly Entry Period, with a minimum Weekly Prize amount of $250 and a maximum amount of $3,000; or 2) If potential Weekly Prize winner entered using the Online Entry method, Weekly Prize will be awarded as the maximum Weekly Prize amount of $3,000.
LIMIT: ONE (1) SOCIAL PRIZE AND ONE (1) WEEKLY PRIZE PER PERSON.
Prizes will be awarded as a deposit to the winner's Capital One 360 account or by check made out to the winner if he/she does not have a Capital One 360 account within 2-4 weeks of each winner being verified.
Total maximum value of all prizes available to be won: $20,000.
