open only to legal residents of the 48 continental United States and the District of Columbia (excluding its territories and possessions) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry.
begin on June 4, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. ET and will end on August 26, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. ET
only the first entry submitted by that entrant will qualify for entry
Prizes.
One (1) Grand Prize winner shall receive:
Two (2) three-day festival pass tickets to attend the Austin City Limits music festival, scheduled to take place in Austin, TX in October 11-13, 2013;
Three (3) nights' hotel accommodation (standard, one room, double occupancy) in or around Austin, TX; and
Two (2) round trip airline tickets (economy coach class) from the major airport nearest winner's hometown to an Austin-area airport (as determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor). If the winner lives within One Hundred (100) miles of Austin, TX, as determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, Sponsor may substitute ground transportation for air transportation.
One (1) Second Prize Winner will receive:
One (1) Onkyo™ LS3100 ENVISION CINEMA 2.1.
Approximate combined retail value of all prizes is Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500.00)
