Sweepstakes will begin on June 17, 2013 at 9:00AM ET and end on July 8, 2013 at 11:59 PM ET.
Open only to permanent, legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continentals states. or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other U.S.territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address per day during the Sweepstakes Period.
PRIZE: There will be two (2) Prizes awarded; one (1) Prize will be awarded to each Winner. Each Prize will consist of the following:
1) one (1) Samsung 42" LED HDTV;
2) one (1) Gaming Console (Xbox or PS3);
3) one (1) Defiance Game (Xbox or PS3);
4) one (1) Defiance Season Pass Subscription;
5) one (1) Season Pass for iTunes; and
6) one (1) Membership into XBox Live and PlayStation Live.
Estimated Retail Value ("ERV") of each Prize is one thousand four hundred and ten dollars ($1,410). Total ERV of all Prizes is two thousand eight hundred and twenty dollars ($2,820).
