Post your number of returns/refunds too if you don't mind so we can get an idea of acceptable return ratios.

Ok so you have about a 5% return rate and are cool to amazon. Need others to chime in.

110 orders (including what looks like free app of the day orders) since 2009. 171 items.

1 refund - price changed after ordering (2011)
1 return for replacement - one item out of the two I ordered was damaged (2010)

Looks like I've spent $3,581! Ohmy

Thats awesome this deserves a rep! Man I spent a lot to really does add up. Didn't let me give you one I owe you one btw!

As for the OP that sucks I feel Amazon bases how good a customer is example on the returns and how much you spend (also assume other things are based into play) this is good as the same time bad in a way Amazon trying to get rid of bad customers that want to abuse of sellers that already have it hard enough. Ebay should do something like this, but than again Ebay only cares about selling since they don't sell. Anyhow I remember reading a thread I stopped adding my gift card codes and applying them when I buy something and I have a code I apply it. If they ever close my account life moves on, but if they close my account with funds it really does suck.

Good Idea worked repped him pretty cool knowing how much I spent since I opened Amazon. I see the number and makes me think man I spent this much I wonder how much more if I wouldn't of had those hot sales and no tax at that time.

262 items for a total of $10,353, since 2004.

3 returns (1 product out of date, 1 Amazon sent wrong color, 1 my fault)
2 refunds/nothing sent back (1 book badly damaged in shipping, 1 product not as described)

This doesn't include DH's orders, just the ones I placed.
