amazon closed my account

Got a email that amazon closed my account, due to recieving a refund on 2 orders I returned due to the items were not working so they closed my account, and I had a lot of money in my account still from my surveys, now im out so much money, does anyone know how I can get my money I contacted them and they said I maynot be able to get it backConfused

i guess im a minority here. i actually use the reports from amazon when filing my taxes, thus how i know about them.
