Got this in my email, because I was a member of their "VIP Club" which has now been converted into an E-club
Doesn't say anything anywhere in the email or the coupon about location restrictions, or any minimum spend amount..
Haven't tried using the coupon yet so maybe YMMV -- for reference, my BGR locations are Bethesda and Gaithersburg in MD. **EDIT* Successfully used at Gaithersburg, MD location I just showed it on my phone and cashier took the discount
