GAME PERIOD: Game begins at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") on September 11, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on December 24, 2013 ("Game Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock for this Game.
PRIZES/ODDS: Grand Prizes (10,000): Each Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) $50 MasterCard® Prepaid Code. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $50 each. First Prizes (25,000): Each First Prize winner will receive one $25 MasterCard® Prepaid Code. ARV: $25 each. Prepaid Codes are subject to terms and conditions as set by the MasterCard issuer, First California Bank and are only valid for use at certain online retailers. Winners must accept prize as stated by Sponsor, or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer a prize, or redeem a prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value should a stated prize become unavailable. Odds of winning depend on the time of day when you play the Game and the number of Plays received. Total ARV of all prizes offered is $1,125,000. Limit one (1) Grand Prize and one (1) First Prize, per PID/person. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded
