Looks like when there's money to be made in affiliate commissions.....SlickDeals moves the thread out of "deal talk" and back into regular rotation!

No reason for two separate threads - deals move so fast that if it isnt on the last page it isnt available - therefore off topic comments dont affect deals.

if we didn't have so many complaints, we would have left it alone. as you can see, the op created the thread 7 months ago. up until 4-5 days ago, the deals were slow so everyone just "chit chatted" about random stuff. some users have that thread "subscribed" - that means each time there's a post, they hurry up and go look. it's unfair for them to keep wading thru jokes & unrelated side conversations.


hey don't hold it against us. we're just trying to find a compromise & happy medium for all.
