Cool concept! A bit small for my family, but would be about perfect for a couple.

This is only a tent that can be mounted onto a trailer. Most trailer tent camping units feature quite a few built in features which could include sink, stove, heater, bunk beds, table, etc. They also cost more......

Is this where I say "this is not real camping!" and storm out of the room with my Alps Mountaineering tent I picked up on the 30% Off REI Outlet sale a few weeks back?

If this could be dropped into a hotel room I would be all over it.

I'm confused. Other than getting you off the ground, what is the real "advantage" of this trailer tent?

I could use the money to buy a couple nemo tents and have plenty left over

Disclaimer: I am not discounting the bargain on this particular item if it's something you're in the market for... It looks like a considerable amount of $$$ off...

... but... lolwut?! laugh out loud

Apples and oranges (another disclaimer), but I think I'd snatch up the Harbor Freight cheapo trailer and a really, really (,really) nice tent (handful of nice Colemans as of late) and save 1k... Regardless, <2k gets a nice tent and a lot of nice camping gear...

Perhaps there is something lost on me with this combo, but a trailer bottom sounds no more comfortable than the ground (less so, actually - pack a collapsible shovel and pick the right spot and it will trump boards) and there are cheaper trailers I believe... A specially fitted tent and trailer combo sounds like a trailer and a tent that quite likely aren't the exact right size of trailer and/or tent that I am looking for (when you can buy the ones that you want for the same or less - you don't buy your pants based on your trash bag size or vice versa)...

Now a trailer + hot tub combo... That's a deal I could get behind....

wait.. what? laugh out loud

yeah this looks like nothing more than a slightly modified ~$500-600 trailer you can get at Norther tools, tractor supply, lowes, etc with a ~$100-200 value tent on top. BTW, most times its way more comfortable to camp on the ground than on a trailer.

Atleast 4 jobless wives bought this for their "adventurous" husbands. Buy yourselves a name brand tent & way bigger/more durable/capable/safer trailer.

This is one of a few cheap versions on the market trying to imitate the Sylvansport GO trailer. Check it out, it's the real "deal".

Yeah, an even bigger rip off. Atleast with popups & campers you get hook-ups and other eminoties. These are crap tents on puny trailers. Even if your tent setup is on the ground; doesn't mean you have to sleep on the ground.

Hydration pack description states "leak resistant". Guess they held back and didn't go with a "leak proof" reservoir.
