Got some cardio so I feel better

I have to go to a Benefit tonight for a friend who's house burned down on New Year's Day. I hope there's some talent there as I'm flying solo Muahaha

I was sleepy today I think because I took melatonin last night
That wigs me out and leaves me too sleepy the next day

Used the last half-tab of hydro codons last night at 1:00 am when the pain woke me up Annoyed Aspirin, coffee, and a heating pad are working well this morning. I think some of this morning's pain was actually soreness caused by the stretching yesterday. If so, that should resolve in another few days as things get accustomed to the stretching. Pray

Well, not exactly MY big day, as much as it is the Panthers. Looks like Denver came out well-prepared, but Carolina's defense showed some bright spots, and limited them to a field goal.

Denver's defense has been extremely aggressive, and it's made all the difference for them. Their offense hasn't looked so great, outside of dinks and dunks passing early in the game. Broncos just wanted it more, and played like it. I think the Panthers were dumbfounded, actually. Sadwalk

If I take melatonin it wears off around 4am, and I can't go back to sleep. Instead i take 3 donkey asses (valerian root) and sleep through the night just fine for the most part.

I'd rather be sore from activity than sore from an ailment. Hopefully you're still improving. And my titties are quite sore from activity Saturday morning at the gym.
