I did the same workout I do at lunch every day for the past 1.5 months... after taking a week off (ZERO exercise and eating whatever I wanted)... and I feel like CRAP! I just stopped shaking (and I don't even do that hard of a workout during my lunch break, it's only a 5k run, 3 sets of pull-ups and dips, shoulder press, bicep curls & ab wheel). I still have my *real* lifts to do tonight @ the gym (squats, bench, deadlift) and I'm a little concerned!
