Thanks! Your veggies sound super tasty!! I just kinda threw egg, onion, crackers, ground beef and ketchup into a bowl and squished it around...I think there was too much onion, but oh well, we'll see how it turns out...only a few more minutes now.

My roasts are coarsely shredded, and in the crock pot smothered in that pureed veggie gravy. I'll turn it off in a few minutes, head up to bed, and tuck it into the fridge first thing in the morning.

I say we, but where I live does not allow fast food or any type of chain stores. They only allow privately owned, local businesses, and they don't allow neighborhoods. The neighborhing county is expanding rapidly though. Gee....I wonder why I can only get DSL. Annoyed

That reminds me, was listening to the new Metric album (Pagans in Vegas) again last night. I was a bit put off on the first listen, since it was so unexpected. I am growing to enjoy it more now that I've heard it a few times. One of the tracks sounds like it could be a lost Cure song from the late 80s, a lot of it has various 80s new wave synth sound to it.
