While I'm fully cognizant I should not eat something simply due to emotional stress, I'm thinking about either Lupie's nachos or a Brooks' burger for lunch today, just to calm down a bit more.

Finally got some new pants. Spent a good fifteen minutes last night ironing out the creases. Guess I should have ordered more than one waist size down, but wanted to play it safe since I ordered online (Amazon let me know some of the Perry Ellis pants I was looking at were on sale)

Oh, one last thing for the idiots at UPS:

Quit saying "there's nothing I can do about it" or "such and such is already done". What you need to do is make it right for the customer who didn't receive their package, entirely due to UPS' faults.

You're a farking package pickup and delivery service. Get my farking package back from Nashville to Charlotte, and drop it on my farking doorstep. What's so damned difficult about doing that?

Not that I'm surprised, but I hate that shit. Train your CSRs. Even IF there isn't anything you can do, realize that it's a shitty situation, realize that your driver didn't do the smart thing and save his signature only packages for end of day, apologize profusely, and then tell the customer that as soon s you hang up you're going straight to a supervisor to make sure that this package is flagged and gotten back to you as soon as is physically possible.
