So what happened with the UPS ultimate snafu ? Any idea of resolution?

My parents are in Hawaii-- so far, great trip. Today they went to the less touristy side of the big island, and their hotel is gross vomit mom just called freaking out (she prepaid). I hope they find an alternative and can get their $ back.

After a rather stressful day and a half dealing with UPS, I skipped dinner last night and hit the bed at 10 pm. Didn't wake up until after 5 am, and woke up feeling really well-rested. It's a rare feeling.

It's because, no matter what, you don't have a choice. The vendor chooses the delivery method most of the time.
