Dontknow I asked myself the same question.
Since it was on the compound I guess I assumed the oddest rape possible between pets?

He fell headlong into a rabbit-hole this morning. I was dumping EVERY table name and EVERY column name from all of our databases into a spreadsheet. The goal is to show the client how much of their existing data is being dropped on the floor in the proposed data migration.

Huh

I hope there was at least coffee involved

Had Chick-Fil-A for lunch, discovered that they do "well done" fries, so that was a nice bit of win.
Also found a D'Addario mandolin/banjo capo at the nearby music store. Originally went in to check out strings (they only had two kind of mando strings, and both were light gauge so I passed) and picks.
I had just skimmed the capos because I wanted to see if there was a less obtrusive one, because it can be challenging to fret chords with my full-sized guitar capo on there.
Grabbed a variety of picks, evidently it's pretty common for mandolin players to use much heavier gauges of pick than guitarists. Not ready to drop $15 on three Wegen picks until I've branched out a little to see how much variance I get... I already use a fairly heavy pick on my guitar (1.14mm) which seems to be more of the low end for mandolineers.

Hm, apparently the new company does offer stock options... will have to wait and see if they actually materialize for any non-executives.

Preliminary data totals:
165 columns mapped to be migrated
>3000 columns to be dropped on the floor

Gee, I wonder if the client's gonna miss a lot of functionality? LMAO

Yeah, but the wonks are basing their functionality additions on the data migration, without doing proper systems analysis and review. LMAO

I would have looked for them in the bit bucket but oh well, I feel sorry for the Janitor when they have to sweep up for the night.

These wonks should have been left in a used rubber somewhere. LMAO

They actually said, "you must tell them (our client) that's the way it is; they will have to deal with it." We didn't help our client become the unquestioned #1 provider in their industry by ignoring their needs. shake head

A co-worker likes to use the expression "that boy should have been left on a tissue in a trash can at some motel". LMAO
