Just finished the audio book of The Cukoo's Calling by Robert Galbraith (aka: ), it was quite good. Hope the author does some more books in this vein.

About to start #5 in the Mitch Rapp series. Vince Flynn is a great spy novelist. RIP.

Pure by Andrew Miller, so far (currently on chapter 5) it's very interesting and hard to put down.

On the fourth book of John Ringo's Paladin of Shadows [johnringo.net] series

Really into them. Lots of military action. Almost too much sex in them though.

I would kill for a Keldara woman though.

In the middle of Shatter Me by Tahereh Mafi. Also partially through Nightshade by Andrea Cremer. And staring at Mindy Kaling's Why Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me?

What am I doing to myself?

Just finished the Silo series (Wool, Shift and Dust) by Hugh Howe, really enjoyed it so decided to read Half Way Home next, which is also by Howe.

Am hoping they make the Silo series into a movie, Ridley Scott is supposed to be producing it but I haven't found any recent articles about it.

I have heard of it, would you recommend it?

Am currently on a Dirk Pitt binge reading the 9th book in the series "treasure". I have read the first 8 over the last 5 weeks or so.

It's a light read and worth a peek. The celebrity section was interesting. They inadvertently put forth a theory about why people overdose while also battling an illness like pneumonia. We tend to over-medicate to feel better and end up overdosing. Example: actress Brittany Murphy. And the authors get credit for researching Jack the Ripper fairly well.

I read this when it first came out and loved it. Book #2 is The Silkworm and I think it's due out in June.

High Five Just checked because I couldn't remember the date, it comes out on June 19. woot

Currently reading Sand by Hugh Howey, really like it so far, much more so than I did his book Half Way Home. This is one you don't want to put down. Love books like that.
