It looks like a tornado hit my apartment complex last night. Many trees down, lots of covered parking spots are destroyed. I saw at least 3 cars with broken windows. It's surreal.

I had to step over a tree when I got home this morning.

I would take pictures, but I'm too lazy.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN FORT WORTH HAS ISSUED A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR LIGHT SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM CST TUESDAY.

AS THE ARCTIC AIRMASS DEEPENS AND TEMPERATURES CONTINUE FALLING TONIGHT... PATCHY...LIGHT FREEZING RAIN WILL OCCUR...OCCASIONALLY MIXING WITH OR CHANGING TO LIGHT SLEET. ACCUMULATIONS OF ICE AND SLEET ARE EXPECTED TO BE LESS THAN ONE TENTH OF AN INCH.

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY MEANS THAT PERIODS OF WINTER PRECIPITATION MAY CAUSE TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. PRECIPITATION WILL ACCUMULATE FIRST ON ELEVATED SURFACES SUCH AS BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES. Tell me about it. I just flew into Pasadena, TX this morning and I was expected nice warm weather. I was greeted by cold rainy weather. It was actually about 10 degrees warmer, in PA (at 4am), than it was in Pasadena, TX at 1pm.

I think we only got to 31 here today. It started to drizzle while picking up the kids at school cars with frozen rain all over them it was crazy..Yesterday morning I wore a sweater to go shopping came out it was 79 on the bank sign EEK!...today farkin Minnesota weather...

On Sunday it was around 70. Then yesterday and today the temp dropped to about 35. I'm jealous of everyone that is getting snow. I'd like to see some during the holidays. Sadwalk

Alive in Austin. We got a warning from work about possible ice.. nothing hit us though. I wasn't worried.
