See...here's the thing...

Some people are so narcissistic that they are willing to make an ass out of themselves, in order to belittle someone else!!!

It astounds me at the number of people on SD that are so consumed with getting rep points!!! It's not as if an individuals # of rep points represents their worth as a human being!!!
I suppose, in passing on, one could be remembered for the # of rep points they acquired on SD. It could even be engraved on their headstone...

~~~~~~~~~~36,473 SD Reps....May They Rest In Peace~~~~~~~~~~
I think you get my point!!!! Geesh!!! I think if I had done that to someone...even if it led to me making a further ass of myself... I would at least have the decency to apologize!!!!
And there's one more thing I can't stand... butt kissers!!!!! I'd rather be whipped into submissionWhipthan to smack someone's crack for a rep point!!!!! Stick Out Tongue
No one ever had to *doctor* that particular Q. Nono And I for one, rather resent the suggestion that anyone here on SD ever did. Mad
I guess CVS-ers never use expired Qs.... which is why the wiki for the printable CVS coupon thread specifically lists expired CVS Qs that will still work w/o beeps for another 2 weeks past the expiration date. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)
When you inaccurately accuse people of "doctoring" coupons, that tends to "stir things up" a bit. I'm kinda surprised you didn't already know that.
You don't want to talk??? Rofl2 Seems a little late to be claiming that now.... Wink
im so sick and tired of people coming on here and making accusations. its just pathetic what we have to deal with sometimes. and for the record, that link has been in the wiki for months! i actually think i know who the op was, but since there not around to confirm it, i'll stay mum. yes that person probably copied the link from the cvs thread today and then shared it here, but seriously, wt* cares? reps dont earn u money! credit on the wiki doesnt either. geez. giev it a rest!
and btw, i cvs as well. im not sure using expired q's that are made into pdfs and not sent to the actuall person using it and then stacking multitudes of them doenst count as something wrong! nor does buying an item not listed in the ad but getting the ecb's for them. or buying a monitor and using a q on it, or having 5 cards! many targets will STILL (YES STILL) take expireds (BUT NOT ALL)... just like many cvs will take stackable q's.. but MANY will not! thats what makes cvs and target so cool. so who wants to go bash the cvs thread? jk. play nice.Stick Out Tongue
I just glanced at it. It's from 10 years ago. Most docs now are passing out info that a schedule is one of the best presents you can give your baby/toddler. Most articles you'll see will say the same as will parenting books.
I still say potato, potatoe. Whatever works for the baby. Mine loves schedule, another doesn't. Whatever.
I don't think schedules are necessarily what Docs recommend, more like routines. At least that's what my ped always recommended. You know, playtime, nap, lunch, playtime, another nap...whatever you do, do it everyday to give your child consistency. Being consistent is more important than watching the clock. And my ped always told me to nurse my kids when they were hungry, not watch the clock and say, "It's not 4 yet, I can't nurse the baby till 4". Feeding schedules are really bad for nursing babies because the breast milk is very easily digested and they may not be able to be satisfied for 4+ hours at a time.
Tried to multi-quote, but it didn't work. Oh well. That's a link to an article that counteracts the original post from the aap website.
I have to say that I generally take what my pediatricians say with a HUGE grain of salt. Growing up, our family doctor understood the concept of mother's intuition and was more likely to agree with my mom's diagnosis than his own. Smilie But my doctor's office now looks at me like I'm crazy if I voice an opinion different from their own!
Anyone hitting the Bullseye today? Not I. It is warm now, about 20 out, but is quickly going to drop off and get windy. -35 wind chills by tonight. I will stay in.
What can I do with all these Free Kandoo cpns? I never used them. I bet I have 30 of them.
It's true/I lump them in same category. We don't necessarily give DS breakfast every day at 8 but it's always 2 hours after he wakes up. We don't nurse so the schedule was way more important for us months ago. Now that he's a year, it's more the routine--wake, bottle, breakfast, play, nap, wake, yogurt--etc. etc. etc.
The bogo or the get 1 if you buy pampers? I think the bogo is great now that there's a TPC down to 1.99. Use 2 ETQ for kandoo $1 each and one MFQ = 2 free wipes. Wish I had some, the ebay auctions are just going for way too much.
They are the Free Kandoos wyb Diapers. I am thinking they are expired, but will have to check. Maybe I will just leave them on the shelf for someone to use.
