I reported the listing to Ebay. Everyone should report it AND email him. He is just an added factor into why people are being rejected with legitimate printed coupons.

That kinda crap makes me SOO mad! That people actually take stuff that is FREE, and sell it on eBay. Especially things like printable coupons. Ranting Something that they would easily have access to if they just searched. But on the other hand, if people are dumb enough to buy printed coupons (that you can get ANYWHERE!) why not let them? I just hate that some ass is profiting off them.

I reported him too, the jerk! Especially telling people to COPY them! I'm sure the listings will get removed. Big Grin

OOhhhh, I just found something GREAT!

Here's ebay's coupon selling policy:

eBay permits the listing of valid coupons on its site, with some limitations. Please see 'Additional Information' to learn more about what limits are placed on the sale of coupons. eBay is committed to working with the coupon industry to help ensure that eBay is not a venue for fraudulent coupon-related transactions and to providing its users with a safe place to trade.

Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions, including:

Listing cancellation

Limits on account privileges

Account suspension

Forfeit of eBay fees on cancelled listings

Loss of PowerSeller status

Additional Information Hide

The following limits are placed on the sale of coupons on eBay:

Expired Coupons: The sale of recently expired coupons is not permitted on eBay, as such coupons serve no valid purpose and could be used in a fraudulent manner. Collectible coupons that clearly cannot be redeemed may be permitted.

Electronic "scanned" coupons: All coupons sold through eBay must be physically delivered to the buyer, and may not be delivered by electronic means for home printing. Further, to reduce the potential for coupon abuse, eBay asks that sellers refrain from placing clear, unaltered scans of coupons in their listings that could be copied, printed and redeemed in stores. The sale of scanned or photocopied coupons may violate federal copyright laws, and sellers of such unlawful items could face prosecution under federal law. eBay will not tolerate such transactions through its site.

Bulk coupon sales: Bulk coupon listings are defined as listings that contain more than 20 coupons for the same item, or more than 100 total coupons. If it is unclear how many coupons are offered, the listing will be considered in violation. Coupon inserts (packets of coupons typically found in newspapers) are limited to a maximum of 5 per listing, unless the seller indicates in the listing that the quantity of coupons for sale is under 100 total coupons.

Coupons for "free" products: Coupons for free products, with no purchase required, are limited to two per listing. Internet home printed coupons are also limited to 2 per listing.

Notice that last part - printed MFQs are limited to TWO per listing. Evillaugh That means EVERY Target Toy Coupon listing is in direct violation of that rule. I reported them all. Evil Darn those jerks! Ranting They'll get what's comin' to them!

MommieMara, please don't think anyone is attacking you personally. I think everyone knows that you were trying to help.

Here is my suggestion of how to organize the WIKI info. I have put in a lot of thought on how to make it user friendly for everyone. I would have had this done weeks ago if I hadn't had 2 (yes 2) deaths in the family in the past couple of weeks.
Please post your comments/concerns. What info can be deleted? What don't you like? What do you like? Any info that isn't there that you would like to see there?

Of course this is just an outline. All the actual info will be in the place of the bullet points if you guys like it and want me to work on it.

Thank you to all who have been updating the deals! Blowkiss

Mara, you will never make everyone happy, you did a great job and took initiative starting the new thread. Hopefully this change will help quiet down the wiki conversation!

cherry822 - I like your outline and the following bolded items are just my suggestions. Thanks for making it brief. Also, some of the last section may not be used anyway, as people are lazy about reading it.

Also, thanks to mommiemara for shorten up the 1st post - so that we can skip right to the deals. I still think people won't read it and still ask the same questions...

A. ADS
•link to current ad on target's website
•tlrose ad scan
•variations of tlrose ad scan

B. DEALS
•current deals from sales ad
•current deals without target coupons
•current deals using non expired target coupons
•money makers
•deals using ETQs (if your store takes them) **** moved last - not everyone can or will use ETQs

C. COUPON RESOURCES
•generators ***** Reduced generators??? especially the 2007 ETQs that aren't working anymore *****
•link to current target website printables
•links to paperclips *** moved based on popularity of usage ***
•link to list of unexpired MFQ
•link to bricks printables
•link to decoder

D. MISC
•mark down schedule
•target coupon policy
•faq/mod reminders *** moved last - no one reads these info ****
•abbr & acronyms *** moved last - no one look here and still ask anyway or make up their own ****

I have a new addiction when it comes to Target...it's called NACHO COMBO. For two dollars, just two dollars, you get a whole serving of nachos and a drink: you can go ahead and get an ICEE: you just won't get a round lid. If you really want the round lid, you can pay like 15 cents more.

The nachos are wonderful, sure, it's not premium thick milk cheese like at a mexican restaurant, but it has a unique flavor that I am sure many people enjoy. The cheese is always gooey and warm and the chips are pretty good. The nachos by themselves are $2 and the Icee/soda is at least $1.29 in most Targets, so you save a whole dollar.

My favorite icee flavor to get is WHITE CHERRY FROST: so delicious. I hope some of you go out and get this. If you want to be even cheaper, the popcorn combo is only $1 and you also get the icee or soda with it. The pop corn varies in quality, sometimes it is really really good, but sometimes it is gross [too much salt? too much oil? or just old?] More than likely, it'll be pretty good..

The nachos combo has a DCPI, if you want to make sure your Target has it, next time I buy it I'll post the actual number....when you put it in the computer..it shows as $1.99 so if you want to haggle, you can save a whole cent.

ok so I take that the idea of 2 WIKI's isn't a hit? One of the mods had also suggested it so I figured why not try it. The people who would read the info when it all together will look for the info and those who won't look for it wouldn't read it if we crammed it down their throats IMO anyway. That was my thinking so I moved all that info to a new WIKI and linked in the first post and the deals WIKI. First thing to happen within 5 min someone changed ALL the links to applesauce.com ok I adit I had to laugh but I hadn't backed everything up yet so that was annoying to try and fix. At this point I don't care how it is done. I really want it to stay user friendly since so many update it now. To me that means spacing stuff properly so you can see what is what and it doesn't turn into a huge code blob. Also use as little code as possible to keep things simple. I just feel bad that some regs are mad at me over this. It wasn't my intention
