What kind of paper does everyone use for their coupon printing? I remember some time ago someone posting about some kind of paper they got at circuit city that had a little gloss to it so it felt more like a coupon from an insert.

What I dont like is when someone pm's you and asks a question and when you respond not even a thank you? I just don't get it. Confused I am not talking reps, just good old fashioned manners - a thank you. Someone asked me recently about some expired toy coupons (I had never used them), I explained I could not help since I had not used them, and suggested looking for others who had posted and had used them with success - then nada - a thank you would have been polite.

/end of rant LMAO

How about sending q's out and nothing. I don't understand it either.. how long does it take to type "thanks got em"?

I do have to say that I have sent out quite a few coupons and have almost always gotten some kind of acknowledgment...I don't think people mean to be rude....but if they are anything like me things like that get lost in everyday life...I try really hard to make sure I thank people etc....but I'm sure I've forgotten to respond with a thanks to a pm or two!

I usually thank them immediately when we make the initial agreement and rep if appropriate. I almost never thank when I receive them unless someone asks me if I received them. Partially because I trade so much, I don't remember where each envelope is from. This week I made 5 trades and received one. So when the other 4 come, for the exact same thing with no return address, no clue who it's from.

Today at Meijer I bought 3 Buddies bars and use the $1 off q's. At the end of my order I got a catalina for $3 off your next Johnsons purchase. This can be a money maker! I went and bought 3 more and another catalina printed. Its a mfg coupon!

i just wanted to chime in that i am SUPER grateful when people send me things! i try to always make sure they feel the heart when they take time to send me something. on the other end... everybody has always been really really nice when i offer something. the only problem i have had is when another SDer offered me 10 Kandoo BOGO Qs. I sent a SASE and everything and got nothing. I even PMed to see what the hold up was and to say that if they couldn't send them to just please let me know. still no response... Dontknow still waiting.........

I just wanted to say someone in the T thread mentioned there were $3 peelies for the Handivac at their grocery store. I found them at my grocery store and wish I could rep the HE## out of the OP, but my 1 rep will have to do..

Also the $3 Q for the HP copy paper worked like a charm at WM. The paper there was $3.97. so .97 not bad! YEAH!!!!

Nobody responded to my post yesterday Crying2 but good news is I found my gc and license. WOOHOO! I hadn't told my DH that I lost them. He's police and would have lectured me about driving!! I was more concerned about the GC. It had my recent purchases and wanted to keep it so that I could do any returns easily, if needed. Now I can!!
