hmm but how does the barcode look? i think if its all clear and stright lines on the barcode it will be fine...

I started Targetting last March after reading since the Nov before for BF deals. I have NEVER had issues NOR have I heard about all these limits on Qs or ETQs being shut down all together. But I have seen SO many newbies (no offense to ALL of you) that started when the Toy Qs from 07 came out doing these HUGE red flag runs. Tons and tons of Toy ETQs. Now, ETQs are going away. When for 11 months, I know I personally had NO troubles at all.

I would much rather have 50 decent runs over a long period of time than 10-12 HUGE runs over a few weeks and have it send flags up. I have made friends with my GSTLs so I hear stories. Now, I do have big runs (or what some would call Big) but I also have a family of 6 and 1 dog and 5 cats. So buying 5 gallons of milk is NOTHING! 4 loaves of bread? 20 gatorade? That right there wont even last 1 wk in my house! Toys, buy in moderation. I have also stopped doing the $10 Toy ETQ (from what I have been told, the $10 Qs send up BIG flags!) so I stopped and use the $5 instead.. which some can still give overage. Same for spicy, stopped that awhile ago as an $8 "store coupon" is definitely going to have ppl take notice.

I do use ETQs but as I have said... when I first started, the GSTL questioned them. Took them to the LOD who sat with the AP guy and came out 7-8 min later, okayed ALL my Qs and said as long as they scan, they will take them but they will not manually enter them.

I just know lately I see so MANY HUGE HUGE runs (oh, not to be holier than thou, I have done that in the past before I really thought about it!) and now all these ETQs I have been able to use for a year are going away.

Go ahead, flame away... all most of us are trying to say is MODERATION!

Seriously? SERIOUSLY. You should just stop. All you do is complain and judge and ridicule and throw stones to the point that I doubt that anybody gives a rat's butt about anything you have to say. how do you know that the people you judge don't have 6 or 8 people in THEIR house? how do you think target REALLY came to the decision of weeding out Qs? it's NOT because of a handful of people that use (OR abuse) the coupons. there are currently (yes, i googled) 303,724,261 people in the US. i KNOW that target isn't changing their whole system across the country because of a few dozen people that use a bunch of coupons. please. get real.

do what you want. think what you want. but don't get all high and mighty about how you shop thinking you're better than all the other target shoppers. and stop throwing stones when you live in a pretty BIG glass house yourself.

I actually can't help, I would guess yes for the return, but WHYYYY would she black out the upc on any gift she gives? That doesn't make sense. Maybe take off the tag so you don't see the price, but black out the upc's?? What am I missing?

Do you have adobe loaded on your 'puter? Are you usually able to see PDF files?

I just wanted to say someone in the T thread mentioned there were $3 peelies for the Handivac at their grocery store. I found them at my grocery store and wish I could rep the HE## out of the OP, but my 1 rep will have to do. :LOL:.

Also the $3 Q for the HP copy paper worked like a charm at WM. The paper there was $3.97. so .97 not bad! YEAH!!!!

BTW, just had to share my awesome deal today... even though it was at CVS. (The CVS threads kinda scare me so I don't know any body over there -- although sometimes I see familiar names )

I got a new "manager-style office chair" basically for free! Nothing top of the line... but should be better than what I have now! Paid $12 ECBs for it.... and I've made a lot more than $12 from CVS this month alone (heck, probably this week). Of course, that means I haven't been to Target all week and will likely have to do a mega-run this weekend... or two semi-mega-runs... or something....

Can you please please share details with me?? I don't know what the heck my dh does but he breaks chairs like no other...and they are getting quite expensive!

CVS got some "manager-style office chairs" in awhile back during their last reset. They were regularly priced $39.99, but now they're ringing up from 25-75% off. I haven't seen any 75% out my way, but one store was at half, making the chair $19.99. I combined that with a bunch of other CVS store Qs for a net OOP of $12.XX. Paid the $12 with an ECB.

Oh, forgot to mention... the chair is by CVS' Round The House brand, so you can use $X/XX CVS brand purchase Qs. I used a $5/15 any CVS purchase, $3/$10 CVS brand and $2/$10 CVS brand Qs.

Do you think if I called the store they would tell me if they had any?? Because the nearest cvs is like 45 minutes away. Sorry for all the q's...never cvs'd before due to the distance.
