Did you try Wal-Mart, I know someone said they were getting them there.
I believe I read you can't get them at T.

Anyhow, just wanted to point out that with the $10 Shower cleaner in today's paper I was going to buy mine at Walgreen's but the one at Target has 2 sprayers instead of one. It is a newer one. I currently own the one with one sprayer and it works okay but I think the one with two up and down would work better. Just my .02. So, I bought one at T instead.
i actually got this at wags this morning, and the one i got does have 2 sprayers - not just 1. i think it's going to depend on if the particular store you went to has sold through the 'old' single spray ones yet. that could be the case in any store, not just wags, so double check before you buy so you can get the better product. Big Grin
i posted my super slick deal for cleaner and milk over on the wags thread Stick Out Tongue

Awesome, glad you got one of the newer ones. I guess I just wanted to point it out to people so they knew the difference. I only have one WAGS to go to in town so I was SOL there and bought mine at T.

On another note, I wanted to thank Flugette for being so nice and sending me pet coupons as an RAOK!! You Rock!!! Repped on the flip side!

Waaay OT, but hey, this is chit chat, and I'm feelin' chit chatty!

For all you mommas out there, when you brought your new baby home, what did you wish you'd received as gifts, instead of certain other things? i.e. What did you find most useful, and most necessary? My cousin's wife is pregnant (yeah, lovely timing. For anyone wondering, she's due a month and a half before I was, and they're having a little girl. *sigh* Sadwalk), and so I'm finding myself trying to dream up things to give them that are practical and useful, instead of some of the regular baby crap that people give other people, without realizing that it serves no real purpose. It's a happy occasion for them, and it's not supposed to be a sad one for me, so I'm doing my best to try to make it as positive as I can, so I'm killing two birds with one stone here. Retail therapy, and being helpful.

I have some diapers and wipes already. Only one box of newborn 2's, and a box of 3's, but I plan on picking up more 3's for them, since as I understand it, that's the size that they stay at longest. What else? What'd you have to go out and buy, that nobody ever thought to give you?
So I posted something before, but I got to thinking the last day or so about this. I was trying to come up with a really cool gift, one that no one would think of and that would be used. This may sound silly, but I would have loved it if someone would have given me one bottle of every different type of bottle. I ended up buying so many different types of bottles to figure out which one worked the best for my little one. It would have been nice to have one of each to try out of him.

My DS has eczema too. Had it since he was about 18 mths old, but it doesn't break out in certain small areas. It affects his whole upper torso and his thighs. Do you have a prescription for it or do you us OTC creams or lotion? I have been using Eucerin, and it helps when he lets me put it on, but he gets tired of being rubbed down in lotion every day and gets a tad cranky when it's time to put it on.

BTW...laugh out loud very funny on the breadstick comment! Nice comeback!!!
My son had it really bad on one side of his face as an infant - poor guy would scratch and scratch, even at 4 months. His first Christmas pictures show his cheek with scabs and whatnot. We ended up getting some steroid cream (prescription) - scared me to death to use it, 'cause it gave all these warnings about overuse leading to thinning of the skin tissue, etc. We only used it when it was so bad it seemed like he was completely miserable, and then it cleared it up like magic.

Now, he usually gets breakouts just in the summer (when he sweats) and Aquaphor seems to do the trick. I'm sorry yours has it all over. Frown That must be pretty miserable for him. Does your doctor think he'll outgrow it? My pediatrician told me since my son's showed up at 2 months, that must mean he'll have it the rest of his life. Thank God, that has not been the case. However, he still is prone to having sensitive skin and I have to make sure to use unscented detergent, etc.

Nevermind, I just noticed mine expired on 3/2. That won't help you.

Awww, that must've been awful for your lil guy...that young and scratching all the time. I can't imagine how it does not drive my son nuts. He is forever scratchingand sometimes scratches himself open. It is more like he has real bad dry, skin ALL the time. I doubt he will grow out of it. He is almost 6 and has had it since about 18 mths.

His doctor had given us a steroid prescription cream (Elidel) to use when they first diagnosed it and we used that up throughout the course of a year. On his next visit after that, I asked for a new prescription to get a refill and he told us, he doesn't prescribe that anymore becuase it was on the FDA watch list for causing cancer! EEK! It hadn't been taken off the market yet, but was being watched by the FDA and new warnings were put on the box! So, his Dr. told us to use a good moisturizer every day, especially after baths and that's what we've been doing. I just stocked up on Eucerin with Target's last sale so maybe I will try the Aquaphor after that. I just hate to see him constantly scratching!

My sons Ped said he had eczema but it went away after one use of the prescription cream so I am hoping it was just a rash of some sort. My husband has psoriasis and it makes him miserable. I could imagine having a little baby itching and scratching like that. Frown

Good deal at Krogers this week if you have one. Goldfish are 10/$10, when you buy 10 you get $5 off. So they are $.50 each. Not sure if T has a better deal or not.

On the fishies, if you can etq's ($1/1), Target's is better. If not, then Krogers is the place!

I have psoriasis too and it IS miserable. I'm glad your lil one's went away! Smilie

LMAO

Yes, it is funny how the posts tend to center around 1 great deal at any given time. I can't believe I wasted 2 peelies yesterday on the small bottles Mad , but I can't wait to go again to get the GC's! Smilie

I have very dry skin, which I know is not the same thing, but you might try what I did. I took a vitamin called Lecithin which helped me a LOT. After several years of that, someone told me to try baby oil after every shower, while my skin was still wet. So now I do that instead of Lecithin. You might try one or both!
