Instructions
HOW TO SET UP YOUR MOBILE COUPON
1. Go to Marlboro.com on your mobile device.
2. Scroll down to download MHQ app for your associated device (Apple or Android).
3. Once MHQ app is loaded, go back to Marlboro main page and click on your Brand Icon.
4. Scroll down to "Get Your Mobile Coupons Here" and click to start process.
5. Click on "Find A Store" and follow steps.
*Allow Marlboro to use your current location
HOW TO USE YOUR MOBILE COUPON
1. Click MHQ app on your device.
2. Sign into MHQ as you would Marlboro.
3. Click "GO" to the right of "Your New Coupon Is Available".
4. Select your current store location.
5. Click on "Use My Coupon Now".
6. Once the 5 minute countdown timer starts, show cashier so they may verify expiration date, correct store location and counter time.
7. When transaction is complete, click on "I'm Done".

Anybody else having this problem? I have yet to see one with a barcode.
UPDATE: Marlboro CS said they are having this problem for many customers. Said try to access the coupon by opening your Marlboro.com account at the store rather than trying to access it thru their text message. Also, he said to turn on the "location" on your phone first. Will try on Thursday AGAIN as I have no coupon available now to test this out.
