Prayers for Mich to feel better and his mom to as well as for WQ.
I have been making the job circuit today around my hometown hunting down a summer job.
Mom: Better, but staying in the hospital until the results of this evening and the tests from today are in. She's off the IV's and new meds and back to her regular meds. Looked better and sounded better, but still not out of the woods. For the record, this is not something you overcome, it's something to be controlled as best as possible. I have much to say about my day dealing with the hospital, but I simply do not have the energy for it.
Me: I went to a doctor today and she changed all my sinus meds and treatment. I'm on three new perscriptions and a new OTC rinse system and will see how it goes. I am infected and on an antibiotic (new) to help with my problems. I hesitantly applied for the new job I posted about earlier. I hope it goes the way that's meant to be for me.
WQ - continued prayers and thoughts for everyone.
I hope everyone is better or at least better quickly.
it seems the weather across the nation will be quieter tonight so wishing all a restful night!

am so happy to hear your Mother is stablizing... sorry, to hear you are feeling so poorly... hope you and yours recovery will be swift!
Oh, WQ, you also have been in my thoughts... so hope you are fairing as well as can be expected in your situation...
I do know how overwhelming it can be to have to hold all your feelings inside so as not to upset others... I so appreciate your fortitude as you continue to care for your parents... the needs of your son... and support your Grandparents in spirit as well...

I have been in much pain with this kidney stone, again, today...so am retiring early...lol, for me anyways...so wish you each a good night....

Mom is still stable and eating breakfast right now. No news from the doctors, but she had a good night. She says she didn't sleep though. Hard to tell as she says that at home even though we find her asleep when we go in.
I got some rest thanks to the new drugs and feel a little better this morning. Much better than yesterday morning and I can breath from my nose so that's an improvement. Although I felt warm to the touch last evening, I would shiver and kept pulling blanket after blanket after blanket over me trying to get warm. Still infected, but the new antibiotic will help with that. We'll see as the day goes on and the meds from last night begin to wear off how I feel later in the day. Most of them are once aday and I won't be able to take them again until after work and the hospital this evening.
So - I'll follow-up on Mom later to see what the results of the tests were and when they think she will return home. Although she'll never be rid of A-fib, hopefully she will not go through this bad of a spell again.

The Dr's took over a gallon of fluid from Grammy's tummy, but she fills right back up
again , she is so tiny and frail I don't know how much she can take . She only weighs about 95 lbs, till she fills back up with fluid. Then she can't breathe or move very good. I feel so bad for her

Hospital doctor said she could be discharged from 4-5pm or later (really helpful there, dr).
I now need to arrange getting off work early today too.

I feel odd, not sure if it's my sinus infection/issues or the medications or what, but better than yesterday.
Praying for improvements for your grandmother too.
